I had been a runner before the accident, but never worked on my whole body. I was so depressed, watching my body deteriorate into something I did not recognize in the mirror. I went to a local gym where there weren't too many people and was assigned a trainer. She was good, but left for greener pastures, so I was assigned Gissele. She was SO SWEET and so encouraging, yet kept me accountable and motivated. Between her and my doctor, I was able to lose the 45 lbs. I can now fit into all my old clothes (size 27 jeans!!)."

"I've always had a desire to be healthier, happier, more active, and confident with my body. I've always struggled putting my needs before someone's. I have decided to take care of my back and neck pain as well as my depression from covid. My Dr. and Psychologist suggested I go to the gym to help strengthen my muscles, and relieve my stress. I went to my local gym and signed myself up. I've always felt nervous and afraid of the gym because I didn't know what I should do, and how to do exercises correctly. But I knew I could not do my journey alone so, I got myself a personal trainer - Gissele. She supported me physically and mentally through my progress.
I expressed to her my wants and desires - lose weight, gain muscle, tone my body, feel happy about myself, and build confidence. Gissele showed me the proper ways to do exercises that pretended to my goals. We would chat about anything ,and have a good time together. She always provided positive reinforcement and she's very personable. Gissele helped me to feel empowered to want to do more for myself. As time passed on, I would ask her to provide me with a list of more workorkouts to do on my own even though our sessions were over. I would stay longer at the gym when I could (which was most days). When Gissele was training others at the gym she would notice me. How did I know? Gissele would text me notes later that day telling me - how proud she was of me for not giving up & doing things on my own, she would say 'keep going', 'you can do it', and 'you kicked butt today'. When you commit 100%, Gissele will give 100% or more for you. I promise. After a while, I started going to the gym alone and practicing everything Gissele taught me. I would message her what I did and chat about it at our next session together. Now, I have the confidence, joy, and motivation to do it all alone. But I never forgot to text Gissele on my big wins because she loves to know her people are happy, excited, and empowered. Gissele was the person I needed to give me a push with positivity to achieve my physical and mental goals. I honestly wouldn't be where I'm at today without her. Currently, I have lost 15 lbs ( kept it off), 82 lbs of muscle, 26.8% body fat. I couldn't be happier! Also, my mindset about the gym has changed as well. That time is my "ME Time" - to do something for myself that I enjoy, relieve my stress, and feel achieved. Thank you Gissele for always being there and continuing to be there for me. "
